- In the
message window, type
SUBSCRIBE HRSIG full name
e.g., if your name is Jane Doe, type: SUBSCRIBE HRSIG Jane Doe
- Be
certain your message does not contain any other information. Disable
your “signature” option, if you have one, so this is not
included at the end of your message.

a descriptive topic. This is helpful for people to decide if they are
interested in reading your message. It is also helpful for people doing
